Preparation for Oreo Overnight Oats
- Place chocolate wafers or Oreo cookies in a bowl or container that has a lid, and then break them up into little pieces.
- Oats in their dry form, yogurt, (plant-based) milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract should be added. Stir until everything is evenly distributed.
- Place in the refrigerator for at least four hours, ideally overnight, and cover with a lid during this time.
