Preparation for Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Blondies
- Turn the temperature in the oven up to 350 degrees F. Prepare a baking pan that is 8 by 8 inches by greasing or lining it. Set aside. Flour, baking powder, and salt should be combined in a small mixing basin, then stirred until combined, and then left aside.
- Mix the melted butter and both sugars together in a large basin using a mixer. Mix until blended. Mix for a further one to two minutes after incorporating the peanut butter. After each egg has been added, stir in the vanilla extract. Remove any food that is stuck to the sides of the bowl.
- Add the dry ingredients gradually, and continue mixing until everything is incorporated. After folding in the chocolate pieces and the oats, place the mixture into the baking pan that has been prepared. Add additional chocolate pieces on top, if you so wish.
- Bake at a temperature of 350 degrees for thirty to thirty-five minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. After removing from the oven, place on a wire rack to cool, then sprinkle with coarse salt and wait until it has cooled completely before cutting.
