These quesadillas are so incredible that words cannot do them justice. On the outside, they have a texture that is somewhat crunchy and buttery, and the cheese flavor is intense. Each morsel dissolves in your lips, and you can’t stop eating them even though you know you shouldn’t.

Ingredients for Air Fryer Quesadillas

Optional toppings: salsa, guacamole, Greek yogurt, sour cream, or hot sauce

Preparation for Air Fryer Quesadillas

  1. Air fryer should be preheated to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, and the basket should be sprayed with nonstick spray, avocado oil, or olive oil.
  2. To make a cheese quesadilla, spread between one-fourth and one-third of a cup of shredded cheese on one side of the first tortilla, fold it in half, and set it in the basket of an air fryer. If you find that your tortilla is resistant to folding, heat it in the microwave for 10 to 15 seconds without any cheese.
  3. Mix-Ins That Are Optional: If you want to add mix-ins, start by spreading half of the cheese on one side of the first tortilla. Then add the mix-ins you like, and finish by spreading the remaining cheese on top.
  4. Finally, fold the tortilla in half and place it in the air fryer. When working with the second tortilla, repeat steps 2 or 3.
  5. You may gently spray the tops with avocado or olive oil, or you can delicately brush them with olive oil instead.
  6. Fry the quesadilla in the air for one minute, then remove the basket from the air fryer and use a spatula to push down on it. This will ensure that it is folded in half and is secure.
  7. Continue to air fry the quesadillas for three to five minutes, turning them over halfway through the cooking process.
  8. They should have a golden brown color, have a tiny crunch to them, and the cheese should be melted.
  9. After removing the quesadillas from the air fryer, give each one a little push with a spatula to guarantee that it will keep its shape.
  10. Using a sharp knife, cut the pizza into triangles, and then serve it as soon as possible with your preferred toppings.
