Preparation for Cabbage Peas Stir Fry

  1. Put the Instant Pot in the SAUTE mode. Put some oil in the pot. When the oil is hot, add the cumin seeds and watch them sputter. After that, incorporate some minced ginger and green chili. Saute for a minute and a half.
  2. After adding the cabbage shreds, green peas, turmeric powder, coriander powder, sugar, salt, and water, thoroughly combine the ingredients. It is important to scrape any spices that have stuck to the saucepan.
