Preparation for Carrot Cucumber Salad
- Make sure the vegetables are ready. You can use a mandolin slicer or a food processor fitted with a slicing attachment to cut the cucumbers, carrots, and onion into thin slices. Take the mint leaves and separate them from the stalk.
- Mix the sliced cucumbers, carrots, onions, and mint leaves together in a large bowl before adding the dressing.
- Rice vinegar, coconut aminos, garlic, sesame oil, and sesame seeds should be mixed together in a jar or basin of comparable size.
- The salad should be dressed with the dressing. Mix everything together by hand until everything is completely coated with the dressing. Allow it to sit undisturbed for ten to fifteen minutes so that the flavors can take effect.
- Serve and enjoy!
