Pepper (or to taste)1/2 teaspoon

Preparation for Creamy Avocado and Spinach Pasta

  1. Prepare the pasta by cooking it in accordance with the directions provided on the package.
  2. To prepare the avocado sauce, place the other ingredients in a blender and process until a smooth sauce is formed. Begin with three quarters of a cup and a half of the pasta water, then add more as necessary to achieve the desired consistency.
