- Olive oil should be applied to both sides of the chicken breast, and then salt, pepper, and garlic powder should be sprinkled on one side of the breast. After placing the chicken breasts in the basket of the air fryer with the seasoned side facing down, season the unseasoned side with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Fry in the air fryer for 9 minutes, flip, and continue cooking for another 9 minutes until the chicken breast is no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear. If you insert an instant-read thermometer into the middle, it should register at least 165 degrees Fahrenheit (74 degrees C).
