Ingredients for Healthy Apple Pie Muffins

1 egg1
unsweetened apple sauce1 cup
vanilla extract2 tsp
maple syrup1/4 cup
greek yogurt2 Tbsp
melted coconut oil1/2 Tbsp
cinnamon3 tsp
almond flour1 cup
oat flour1 cup + 2 Tbsp
baking powder1/4 tsp
baking soda3/4 tsp
rolled oats1 – 2 Tbsp 

Preparation for Healthy Apple Pie Muffins

  • Put a cupcake tray in the oven and preheat it to 350 degrees Fahrenheit while you prepare the baking cups. The egg should be whisked in a big basin.
  • Mix in the apple sauce, vanilla extract, maple syrup, yogurt, melted coconut oil, and cinnamon until everything is well combined. Completely incorporate.
  • Combine the oat flour, almond flour, baking powder, and baking soda in a separate, smaller bowl and whisk until combined.
