Preparation for Keto Peanut Butter Caramel Cookies
- Turn the oven temperature up to 350 degrees F. Mix one large egg, natural peanut butter, and coconut oil in a bowl. Use the bowl to mix the ingredients. To incorporate everything, give it a thorough stir with a wooden spoon.
- After that, using a spoon, incorporate the powdered sweetener, the vanilla extract, the almond flour, the coconut flour, and the kosher salt. Stir until all of the ingredients are evenly wet and the mixture is thoroughly mixed. If the mixture seems to be lacking any moisture, add an additional 1-2 teaspoons of coconut oil.

- When portioning the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat, use a cookie scoop with a capacity of 1 ounce. Remove the wrapping and divide the chocolates filled with caramel into halves. Place one on top of each mound of peanut butter cookie dough.
- Bake the cookies for 10 to 11 minutes, or until the bottoms are just beginning to turn golden brown. Before transferring them to a cooling rack, you should first allow them cool completely on the baking sheet. You may keep it at room temperature for up to a week if you seal it in an airtight container.
