Preparation for Protein Wrap
- To begin, you will want a small pan (here, I use one that is 8 inches), two big egg whites, two tablespoons of almond flour (although any flour should work), and some optional salt and pepper.
These may also be seasoned in any way that strikes your fancy. Depending on what you want to use the low-carb wraps for, you should season them with a variety of herbs and spices. - Combine these ingredients, then set your stovetop burner to medium heat, spray your pan with nonstick cooking spray, and add your mixture to the pan. Cook it for one to two minutes on one side, then repeat the process on the other side.
- After you are through, you should have a low carb wrap that is just as sturdy as a “high carb” one, and if you were in a need, you could even use it as a frisbee.

Review
This is an excellent substitute for standard wraps, with remarkable nutritional value, mouthfeel, and flavor for a wrap of this size. In addition to that, it is EXTREMELY simple to prepare, and all of the components that are required are simple to get.
