A delicious homemade option for a snack, these kale chips are roasted in the oven until they are crisp. Just as with potato chips, you can’t stop after eating just one of these. Also wonderful for use at parties.

Kale | 1 bunch |
Olive oil | 1 tbsp |
Flaked sea salt | 1tsp |
Preparation for Baked Kale Chips
- Put an oven on to preheat at 300 degrees F. (150 degrees C). Prepare a baking sheet with a rim by lining it with parchment paper.
- Remove the kale leaves from the thick stems of the kale using a knife or kitchen shears, and then shred the leaves into pieces that are bite-sized. Use a salad spinner to thoroughly dry the kale after washing it. Olive oil should be drizzled over the kale leaves, and then they should be tossed to mix. Salt should be sprinkled on top after the mixture has been spread out on the baking sheet in a uniform layer without overlapping.
- Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, or until the sides begin to brown but are not completely burned.

Review
I refer to these as crisps, and I can’t get enough of them. There are no charred edges. Exceptionally sharp. These are quickly becoming some of my favorites.
I rate it 5/5. You should give it a shot without a doubt.
