Preparation for Air Fryer Cauliflower
- To ensure that the cauliflower cooks evenly, cut the head of cauliflower into florets of varying sizes ranging from very small to medium.
- Place the cauliflower florets in a bowl suitable for medium-sized ingredients. Mix in some garlic powder, red chili powder, turmeric, and season it with some salt and pepper. Finish with some olive oil. To ensure that each piece is covered with the seasoning, give them a thorough toss.
- Preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius). Place the cauliflower florets that have been seasoned in the basket of the air fryer and arrange them in a single layer (cook in batches if required).
- If necessary, spray some oil on the surface.
- Air fry them at a temperature of 390 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius) for 12 to 15 minutes, or until they are slightly browned and crisp. Give the basket a good shake around halfway through. In just 12 minutes, mine reached the ideal level of doneness.
- The roasted cauliflower can now be served. Put them on a serving plate, squeeze some fresh lime juice over them, and serve them right away with a flavorful dipping sauce on the side.
