Preparation for Air Fryer Sweet Potato Cubes
Avocado, olive oil, or non-stick spray may be used to gently grease the air fryer once it has been heated to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
In the meanwhile, prepare your sweet potatoes by peeling them thoroughly and cutting them into pieces that are around 1 inch in size. You are free to keep the skin on if that is how you would want to eat it.
Combine in a large bowl with olive oil and the other ingredients. Mix well. Continue mixing until they are completely covered.
