Preparation for Avocado Raita
- Make an incision all the way around the seed with your knife, then twist it to break it in two pieces. Remove the flesh by scooping it out with a spoon.
- The avocados should be mashed in a bowl using a fork or a potato masher until they are almost completely smooth. After that, add the yogurt that has been whisked.
- In a medium bowl, combine the chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, green chilies, roasted jeera powder, and chat masala powder. Season with salt. Combine it thoroughly. It can either be served immediately or cooled.
