Furikake Salmon Bowls Recipe

Salmon seasoned with furikake and baked in the oven is soft and flakey. Preparation for Furikake Salmon Bowls

  1. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper and preheating your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. To dry the salmon filets, pat them dry with a paper towel in a gentle manner. The next step is to “crust” each filet with a half to a full tablespoon of the furikake spice using your fingers.
  3. Bake for 12 – 15 minutes, or until your desired doneness. In the meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a saute pan over medium-high heat as you prepare the mushrooms.
  4. After it has reached the desired temperature, stir in the garlic, mushrooms, toasted sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Cook over medium heat for about 8 to 12 minutes, stirring often.
  5. After the cooking process is complete, the mushrooms should get softer, let out the moisture, and start to become golden.
