Preparation for Healthy Gingerbread Coffee Cake

  1. Prepare an 8×8 baking pan by greasing it and lining it with parchment paper, then preheating the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Whisk the eggs in a large bowl designed for mixing. Combine the apple sauce, maple syrup, vanilla extract, melted coconut oil, and coconut sugar in a mixing bowl. Add in the baking soda.
