old fashion rolled oats, gluten-free or regular½ cup
cocoa powder1 tbsp
egg1 large 
 large banana, extra spotty and brown = more natural sweetness¼ cup
milk, unsweetened vanilla almond, regular almond, oat, cashew, skim, or cow’s milk¼ cup
pure maple syrup1 – 2 tbsp
vanilla extract1 tsp
baking powder¼ tsp 
chocolate chips1 – 2 tbsp
