Ingredients for Blueberry Peach Sorbet

frozen blueberries¾ cup 
frozen peaches2 cups
granulated sugar½ cup
lemon juice1 tbsp or less

  2. Transfer the mixture to a food processor and pulse a few times. Then, process it for 30 seconds without interruption. Using a rubber spatula, scrape the sides and bottom of the food processor.
  3. At this point, the mixture may still appear somewhat grainy. Allow the fruit and sugar to rest together for five minutes.
  4. Add lemon juice to the mixture and process it until it is thick and smooth, with no granules of sugar remaining.
  5. You can either serve it immediately or freeze it for several hours or overnight.
